What to expect
- We answer email in the order it arrives, on business days in the Pacific time zone. During the beta that is a small team, so allow a few business days for a reply.
- A privacy request is answered within the time the law gives us — thirty days under Canadian law, one month under the GDPR — and usually much sooner.
- We will never ask you for a password, and we will never send you a licence key in a message you did not ask for.
